Seligson, and Vice-President, Michael Trombetta. Since then, Olympia has serviced hundreds of clients and has created over one million square feet of commercial, residential, medical, and industrial space in greater Fairfield County. We specialize in both General Contracting & Construction Management services for commercial, residential, medical, and industrial projects. The company employs an experienced team of professionals with a comprehensive knowledge of all types of construction. Olympia Construction is extremely proficient in each of the sixteen general contracting divisions, as well as in more specialized services such as value engineering, feasibility studies, traffic studies, and hi-tech fit-outs.<br /><br /> Olympia Construction Co., Inc. is a wholly owned affiliate of parent company, Stanley M. Seligson Properties. Established in 1979, Seligson Properties is a real estate development and services company that owns and manages a substantial portfolio of properties throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut. Olympia Construction works in conjunction with Seligson Properties on every development project or tenant fit-up by serving as General Contractor and/or Construction Manager. Furthermore, Olympia also focuses on contracting with third party clients on projects including residential remodeling and new construction, commercial fit-ups, and full scale build-to-suit projects. Additionally, Olympia’s property management/maintenance division is responsible for maintaining the Seligson Properties portfolio.<br /><br /> Olympia Construction and Seligson Properties are proud of their extensive client roster and have completed build-to-suit projects for many tenants, including Airborne Express, Toys R Us, Norwalk Hospital, The Gap, Loehmann’s, Huffman Koos, Laidlaw Transportation Company, Fleet Bank, The Sports Authority and Circuit City, Costco, Pier 1 Imports, Kinko’s and Lillian August to name a few.
